What is Strategy Lab Beta?
Strategy Lab Beta is a six-month program designed to produce defined, measurable business results online.
For a period of six months we’ll use twice-monthly telephone consulting sessions plus periodic email updates to help you develop and implement your own web strategy and your own online skills.
You may use this program to create a new web presence for your business, or to improve or expand an existing website, or simply to gain the knowledge and skills to maintain an existing site. It is neither cost-effective nor necessary to rely on webmasters and other expensive consultants to get good business results online. Every business should have some in-house web expertise.
We’ll move at your own pace, although I recommend that we follow this sequence:

- Identifying your online objectives and integrating them with your business goals
- Getting targeted Web traffic - market segmentation, keyword research & competition analysis
- Creating focused Web content - text, images, audio & video
- Expanding your Web presence - multiple sites, blog, newsletter & more
- Tracking and testing your results for continual improvement
At the end of six months you will already be getting better business results – and you also will have created an integrated Web strategy to guide your long-term online success.
